What languages are spoken at Rendr?
All of our offices have staff who can speak English and Mandarin Chinese. Many of our offices also have staff who can speak other Chinese dialects, such as Cantonese and Fuzhounese.

Do I have to make an appointment?
While appointments are highly encouraged, we are able to take walk-ins as well.
Insurance

What insurance plans do you accept?
Rendr accepts most health insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Please call one of our offices to verify the eligibility before your visit.
Billing

Why am I receiving a bill from Rendr?
Your health insurance plan may mandate an out of pocket cost in a form of copay, coinsurance or deductible, which is your payment responsibility before your insurance starts paying at 100%. Any money you spend on copays, deductibles and coinsurance are counted toward your out of pocket limits.

What is the Coordination of Benefits (COB) Forms?
You may receive a coordination on benefits (COB) form from your insurance plan. Your insurance plan will not process your claim until it receives a response from you. If you do not respond to the COB, you may receive a bill from Rendr.
